I help build the basic infrastructure that lets Legal scale with the business: contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval thresholds, intake processes, contract workflows, matter tracking, and practical guidance that gives business teams room to operate.

I also help companies evaluate and implement AI and automation where they can meaningfully improve legal work, without adding technology simply for the sake of adding technology.

The goal is straightforward: routine work should move quickly, and the issues that actually require legal judgment should get the right attention.

Product, Data & Intellectual Property

Legal questions increasingly show up while products are being designed, not after they're finished.

I work with product and technical teams on software licensing, data rights and use, privacy, AI-enabled products, open-source software, intellectual property, product launches, technology partnerships, and related commercialization issues.

For specialized patent prosecution, litigation, or other matters requiring subject-matter expertise, I can work with and manage specialist outside counsel on the company's behalf.

Corporate, Employment & Strategic Matters

I advise on the broader issues that come with operating and growing a company, including corporate governance, financing and M&A support, employment matters, internal investigations, disputes, diligence, regulatory coordination, and special projects.

Where a matter requires specialized counsel, I'll tell you. I can then help select, manage and work with that counsel while remaining your point person internally.
